Corned Beef for Ezio
1kg piece corned beef (Salt Beef)
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 bouquet garni
- 2 bay leaves
- 10 peppercorns
- 2 onions peeled
- 3 carrots, peeled
- Rinse beef and place in pressure cooker with all other ingredients.
- Add enough water to cover.
- Bring water to boil on high. Bring to pressure.
- Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes per 500g.
- Serve with creamy potato & parsnip mash and mustard cheese sauce.
