Tarte au chocolate sex

250g plain chocolate
225g unsalted butter

5 eggs
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon castor sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  1. In a small saucepan, over a low heat, melt the chocolate and butter together.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together for 1 minute.
  3. Combine the cocoa and extra sugar together. Beat into the egg mixture.
  4. Beat in the melted chocolate and butter mixture and vanilla.
  5. Pour into a lined, greased tin.
  6. Place tin in waterbath with 2cm boiling water.
  7. Bake 170oC for 40 minutes... cool in tin.
  8. Turn out onto platter top with cocoa or summer berries...
  9. EAT copious amounts... feel satisfyingly sick.
